You play as Howard, a man desperate to escape, but the world around him has twisted into something unrecognizable. His journey takes him through bizarre and disturbing places, crawling with grotesque creatures and strange characters. As he unravels his role in this nightmarish reality, it becomes clear that escaping will be far more difficult than he ever imagined.
